SAMEUO After-sales Service Standards
Effective immediately, all after-sales machines are covered by a 15-month warranty and 3-month replacement guarantee
1. After-sales Policy

Demo Machine Return: New machines can be returned within 15 days from the customer's receipt date, provided the product is intact, packaging is complete and does not affect secondary sales, and confirmed by the factory after-sales department. No additional fees will be charged except for the round-trip freight.

Replacement Guarantee: Defective machines can be directly replaced with new main units within 180 days from the customer's receipt date, upon confirmation by the factory after-sales department. The customer shall bear the one-way freight for the defective machine. If there are usage traces (affecting secondary sales), the corresponding material price difference shall be deducted.

Warranty: Defective machines can be repaired under warranty from the 6th month up to the 15th month from the customer's receipt date, upon confirmation by the factory after-sales department.

Freight Fee: For repair/replacement of defective machines, both parties shall bear half of the freight fee (on-site payment by both parties is recommended).

The company ensures that all products provided to customers are of qualified quality. Sold products are covered by a 6-month replacement guarantee and 15-month warranty in accordance with the product warranty regulations (man-made damage and damage caused by improper use are not covered; only the material cost will be charged for repair). The after-sales service is strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant national Three Guarantees Regulations.
2. Factory After-sales Process

After receiving the machine, the after-sales QC shall check the order number, unpack and inspect the machine's appearance, accessories, packaging and the quantity of accessories, verify the accuracy of the agent list and record it, then call the customer to confirm and communicate.

The after-sales QC shall first test the unpacked machine, record the problem points, transfer it to the after-sales repair department, then conduct aging test after maintenance and retest it.

Repaired machines shall be fixed and returned to the customer within 15 working days from the date of receipt, unless otherwise agreed with the factory during shutdown. If the company fails to ship the machine after 15 working days, the customer has the right to request the company to directly deduct the payment.

Machines for replacement or return shall be tested, packaged and warehoused in accordance with the production and delivery standards.

Contact the customer to confirm the delivery time, coordinate with the order follower and then notify the delivery time.
3. Fee Standard

Charged according to the specific accessory prices
This standard applies to distributors only. It does not apply to vehicle pre-installation and other sales channels. For vehicle owners: 3-month replacement guarantee and 1-year warranty.
